04. Do I need to be present during a Pre-Purchase Inspection?

No. We can coordinate directly with the private seller or dealership. Once our technician completes the inspection, we’ll email you the full digital report with photos and give you a call to summarize the findings.

05. How soon will I receive my inspection report?

Your digital report, complete with diagnostic notes and high-resolution photos, is emailed to you the same day, usually within 1 to 2 hours after the inspection is complete.

06. How long is a QLD Roadworthy Certificate (Safety Certificate) valid for?

Private Sellers: Valid for 2 months or 2,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of issue.
Licensed Motor Dealers: Valid for 3 months or 1,000 km (whichever comes first)

07. What happens if my vehicle doesn't pass the Roadworthy Inspection on the first visit?

Under Queensland Transport regulations, if minor defect items fail inspection, you have 14 days to rectify the issue. Once repaired, we can perform a quick re-inspection to issue your safety certificate.

08. How do I get a Certificate of Inspection (COI) for Uber or Rideshare?

Simply book a mobile inspection with us. We come to your home or workplace, inspect the vehicle to meet TMR and rideshare compliance standards, and submit the electronic COI directly to Queensland Transport.

09. Can I get a same-day or next-day booking?

Yes! We offer fast turnaround times with same-day and next-day inspection slots available across South Brisbane and Logan. We recommend booking early in the day to secure your preferred time.
